Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
• Contribute to schematic design (SD)(FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables design presentations and coordinating with consultants
• Produce and review architectural drawings plans coordinate contractors and consultants manage shop drawings and attend progress meeting and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate with engineers consultants and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
• Maintain design quality and compliance with codes client standards and best practices.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare presentations reports and documentation for clients and project teams.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.

Skills & Tools

• Advanced proficiency in Revit AutoCAD 3D Max Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino Enscape LumionTwinmotion Adobe Suite
• Strong communication leadership and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with building codes regulations and quality standards in the region.
• Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in architectural and site planning with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
