Job Description

• Manage the SPA verification and counter-sign process to ensure 100% accuracy of binding legal agreements
• Ensure Sales/Usufruct agreements are pre-registered with Land Department promptly after every new sale
• Verify and validate new agreements and renewals of all brokers, ambassadors and other third-party agreements
• Produce SPAs as often as required and execute all transactions related to SPAs on the system as per legal and finance requirements
• Execute payment plans in the Customer Experience Operating System and administer collections including issuing receipts, statements of accounts and LPC calculations
