Job Description

  • Arranging and scheduling appointments meetings and events
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
  • Assisting with copying scanning faxing emailing notetaking and travel bookings
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events if required
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette
  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to emails


Requirements

35 years of experience.
bachelor degree.
male is preferred.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Associate s Degree in a related field. Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Multilingual may be preferred or required. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
