Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading contracting company based in Dubai UAE to hire an SAP Implementation Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the organizations SAP transformation journey by supporting implementation initiatives coordinating with internal teams and external consultants overseeing system administration activities and driving seamless user adoption. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful deployment optimization and ongoing support of the SAP environment while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects ensuring smooth execution from planning through post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation partners vendors consultants and internal business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and facilitate communication between business users and implementation teams.
- Monitor project timelines deliverables risks and implementation milestones escalating issues when required.
- Participate in project meetings and provide implementation status updates to management.
- Coordinate change requests enhancements and system improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle.

SAP Administration & User Management
- Administer SAP user accounts including user creation access management role assignments and authorization requests.
- Maintain user access controls in accordance with company security policies and governance standards.
- Assist in maintaining SAP master data and support data migration and validation activities.
- Coordinate with implementation partners on system configurations enhancements and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and report technical or functional issues for timely resolution.

Testing Documentation & Training
- Coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) regression testing and production validation.
- Prepare test plans document test results and ensure defects are tracked through to resolution.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation user guides standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP processes and functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of configurations changes testing activities and project documentation.

Post-Implementation Support
- Provide first-level functional support to SAP users and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution when required.
- Support post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor user issues system performance and enhancement requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend SAP system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies security standards and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

- 35 years of experience supporting or coordinating SAP implementation projects.

- Hands-on experience working with SAP implementation projects from clients side consultants and cross-functional business teams.

- Good understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle ERP business processes and system administration.

- Experience in SAP user administration role and access management user provisioning and authorization management.

- Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect tracking and post-go-live support.

- Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC MM SD FICO PM HCM or similar ERP modules.

- Familiarity with data migration master data management and change management processes.

- Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation user manuals SOPs and training materials.

- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal teams vendors and implementation partners.

- SAP certification or relevant ERP certifications will be considered an advantage.
