Sales/Business Development Executive
Job Summary
Duaa Foods, located in Dubai, is a leading player in the Food and Beverage industry. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive specializing in the FMCG sector. The role involves driving sales growth, fostering new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation expertise, market acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate new business avenues to bolster sales and market presence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key clientele.
• Meet set monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify leads and monitor competitors.
• Showcase and endorse company products to potential and current clients.
• Ensure proper product positioning, visibility, and merchandising.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and collections.
• Generate sales reports and offer market insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer contentment.
• Stay abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor tactics.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills considered).
• Proficient in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market and customer network advantageous.
• Valid driving license preferred for field sales roles.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Sales or Business Development a bonus.
