Sealy Mattress Middle East is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As an esteemed operation licensee of Sealy Inc. we have been delivering excellence in bedding solutions since 1990 specializing in esteemed brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah Saudi Arabia is a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers across the region. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to our mission of offering the best sleep solutions in the market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across various channels to promote Sealy products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our mattress offerings.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and teammates.
- Familiarity with sales software and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- 25 to 35 years old
- Egyptian Indian Lebanese or Palestinian national.
