Job Overview:
As a Sales Operations Officer you will be a key contributor to our team ensuring seamless coordination and support for our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management communication and relationshipbuilding playing a crucial role in supporting our companys strategic success.
What youll do:
Presentation arrangement with developers;
Information support for agents (point of contact brochures etc.);
Communication arrangement;
Collecting details of potential clients from the brokers;
Providing details to the management developers;
Supporting booking process.
Following up with agents for deal status (by request);
Arranging with the accounting department for issuing invoices to developers (by request);
Providing developers all requested information documents;
Signing contacts with new developers;
Updating contracts interaction with the legal department;
Providing acknowledge letters establishing a connection between developers and the marketing department.
Tasks from Nikita and Evgeny;
Communication with referrals and providing details to document controllers;
Support marketing team with materials from developers and other requests;
Arranging list of participants;
Arranging product knowledge;
Collecting the number of meetings.
