Job Summary

General Overview:

Intelligent Solutions has partnered with a leading insurance provider in the UAE to hire a dynamic Sales Officer (Emiratization). The role is responsible for promoting the companys insurance products nurturing client relationships and contributing to overall business growth.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven UAEN to build a career in the insurance sector with a reputable and growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a diverse range of insurance products (motor medical life and general).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for smooth policy processing.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
Participate in marketing campaigns events and client meetings.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

Key Requirements:

UAEN mandatory.
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related discipline.
13 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong initiative and accountability.
Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
