Job Description

Our school is looking for an empathic, enthusiastic and resilient person to take the role of HR business partner and Training framework lead. This is a maternity leave replacement contract to start as soon as possible and until September 29, 2023.

In close collaboration with the school s leaders you will (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)

  • Recruit teachers as well as non-academic staff

  • Follow-up the training policy execution which include the usage of our new online platform

  • Ensure the implementation of the annual review process inclusive the salary increase and bonus pay-out recommendations.

You will be a focal point of contact for a population of around 200 staff and managers.

Who we are looking for:
1) In terms of experience
  • Generalist HR experience 5-10 years, service and educational environment is desired

  • Experience in recruitment, training and performance management.


2) In terms of skills and personality

  • This position requires speaking French and English

  • Emotional intelligence and relationship management

  • Resourcefulness and decisiveness
