Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team and lead our packaging division. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the packaging industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance training and motivation to achieve sales targets

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys services

Stay updated with industry developments and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels

Indepth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel for business purposes
