Responsibilities
• Regular 1-2-1s with your team.
• Track all activity on Halian’s internal CRM system and ensure 100% compliance is met achieved.
• Managing a team of specialist and generalist 360 recruiters.
• Set clear team goals and Motivate team members
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
