- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for diverse clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales team, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
- Track team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Align sales strategy with overall company goals.
- Develop strategies for clearing, settlement, and market data products.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, including brokers and institutional investors.
- Collaborate on strategies with the clearinghouse and market data team.
- Represent the exchange at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years in sales and relationship management in FS, specifically within Capital Markets.
- Strong industry understanding and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
