Associate Director Strategy

• Create and gain approval for a strategic plan using relevant data and benchmarking
• Direct the annual strategic and business planning process, ensuring high-quality inputs
• Develop a framework to measure and evaluate long-term strategy success
• Monitor and evaluate progress on business plans and projects
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress and report regularly on strategic objectives
• Oversee markets oversight and regulation of financial services entities
• Manage international relations with regulators, and government institutions
• Develop and maintain the Risk Framework
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field. MBA is advantageous
• Minimum 10 years of corporate strategy or management consulting experience, with financial services regulatory exposure
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Good problem-solver and is able to identify new opportunities or risks
