We are looking for the smartest mind in the country to join our business development team. The candidate should be a highly motivated hustler and must be willing to contribute to growing Globalsync s business by identifying opportunities, developing business relationships, and leads generation.


Key Responsibilities:-

Strong ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively without being overwhelmed.

Effective communication skills to be able to retain and pass product and service information to customers and develop strong relationships with customers from different backgrounds, different behaviors, and expectations.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.

Possess strong administrative, data entry, and computer skills.

Ability to relate to the technical aspects of the process.

Looking for candidates who are career oriented.

Own the entire proposal process: identify customer accounts, generate their interest in our products, understand their needs, develop suitable plans/strategies, and engage them in the sales process.

Leverage LinkedIn for prospecting and leverage social media insights for meetings with prospective customers.

Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication.

Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and reorganize the data.

Qualitative research to target accounts with active opportunities.



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma/ bachelor s degree/pursuing graduation



Job-Specific Skills:

Comfortable working in Australian shift (5AM TO 2PM, work location- Noida, U.P.)

Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal

Flair for writing and developing crisp pitch.

Networking and Team Management skills.

Data analyzing and researching skills.

Should have good energy and charm.

Strong desire to work in a performance based culture.
