Job Summary
Al Zairah Blinds is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries preparing quotations coordinating project documentation and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate must have experience in the blinds and curtains industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of basic shop drawings will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team on customer inquiries quotations and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations sales orders and other sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with production installation and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and modify basic AutoCAD drawings/shop drawings based on customer requirements.
Review customer drawings and coordinate technical details with the design and installation teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Handle client communication professionally via phone and email.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the blinds and curtains industry (mandatory).
Experience in preparing quotations sales orders and coordinating projects.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings is a strong advantage.
Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
