Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals digital platforms and outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Develop strategic plans to expand the client base across target industries.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service solutions.
Conduct client meetings presentations and consultations to demonstrate value propositions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support.
Sales Cycle Management
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare proposals quotations and commercial agreements.
Negotiate pricing contract terms and service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Market Research & Commercial Strategy
Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and customer needs.
Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen the companys market position.
Recommend new sales initiatives and business development strategies.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate qualified leads.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems.
Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates for management.
Monitor key sales metrics and recommend actions to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Customer Support
Work closely with marketing operations finance and customer service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Represent the organization at business meetings networking events and industry exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
36 years of experience in sales business development or client relationship management.
Experience within consultancy professional services business setup financial services or corporate services is highly preferred.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
