Sales & Account Manager Events
Location: Dubai / Sharjah / RAK (frequent travel across these areas)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time Contractor
Salary: Dependent on experience (Base OTE)
Due to continued growth were seeking a dynamicSales & Account Manager with deep experience in the events industry across the UAE. Youll be responsible for driving new business managing client relationships and delivering high-impact event solutions across sectors such as architecture real estate and immersive technology.
You Will:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of event clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for corporate real estate and tech-driven events.
- Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Attend industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Translate complex event concepts (e.g. immersive tech digital twin showcases) into compelling client offerings.
You Have:
- 4 years experience in event sales or account management ideally within architecture real estate or tech sectors.
- Strong UAE network and proven track record of closing high-value event deals.
- Understanding of event production workflows including AV staging and immersive technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive results-driven mindset.
- A full UAE driving licence.
- Experience in managing or contributing to industry events exhibitions or activations.
