This role is purely focused on managing and growing existing and dormant client accounts. You ll play a key role in driving business success through relationship management upselling and crossselling not cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and inactive clients
Identify growth opportunities and promote additional services
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare strategic plans for account growth and client success
Hit monthly revenue and retention targets
Act as a trusted advisor ensuring longterm satisfaction and engagement
At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
A background in recruitment HR tech platforms or HRrelated services
A track record in client retention and upselling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
