Job Description

The role of the Senior Change Manager includes (but is not limited to) the following duties:

  • Lead all aspects of change management program.
  • Engage with senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in, also manage other change management practitioners.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Track and report issues.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Manage the change portfolio.
  • The ability to deliver Change Management solutions and documentation to the highest standards.


Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • B Degree in Business Management with Change Management course or module completed.
  • Skills in: Change Management - Transformation Management - Organizational design / development - Communication - Leadership development - Training management.
