- Perform assessment of credit requests received from commercial team and present the assessment to the Local Credit Committee of the company.
- Create counterparties for prospects in GCRMS (the credit software tool of the company).
- Prepare business reports and analysis on a periodic basis.
- Assist in completing other tasks within the Risk and Compliance Team as they arise.
- Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Appraise credit applications for clients and prospects in line with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
- Discuss appraised credit cases with the Local Credit Committee of the company
- Provide support to staff in addressing issues related to credit approvals
- Develop and maintain adequate risk measurement tools and models at the entity level
- Process ad-hoc tasks relating to risk management and business reporting activities as they may come up.
