We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Shop Staff member to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service have retail experience and can confidently communicate in both English and Russian wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly professional attitude
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain the presentation cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Restock shelves and assist in inventory control
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with care and professionalism
