Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in Fitness and Nutrition products you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of health and wellness products to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs providing product knowledge and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.
- Stay informed about the features benefits and uses of various fitness and nutrition products.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements fitness equipment and related merchandise.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.
- Provide guidance on product usage proper nutrition and fitness routines.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.
- Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales preferably in the fitness and nutrition industry.
- Knowledge of health and wellness products including supplements fitness equipment and related items.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
