Retail Sales Associate Opportunity in Europe

Apt Resources is seeking friendly customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our clients souvenir shop team in Montenegro Europe. As a Retail Sales Associate you will assist customers promote and sell a variety of souvenir merchandise provide product recommendations process transactions accurately maintain attractive store displays and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Recommend products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• Keep the store clean organized and well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies cash handling procedures and store standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role; experience in souvenir shop sales or tourist-facing sales is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
• Must be currently in the United Arab Emirates.
• Must have a valid passport with over six months validity to apply for a visa to Montenegro.
• If selected for the role must be willing to relocate to Montenegro in Europe.

• Net salary of EUR 700 per month
