The Retail Advisory Analyst supports senior advisors in providing strategic consulting services to retail clients including retailers landlords and investors in the retail real estate sector.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research on retail trends demographics and competitive landscapes
• Analyze retail performance metrics sales data and market conditions
• Prepare market reports and feasibility studies for retail developments
• Monitor retail industry trends and emerging concepts

Financial Analysis

• Perform financial modeling for retail real estate investments
• Analyze lease structures rental rates and occupancy costs
• Conduct ROI analysis for retail projects and expansions
• Support valuation and investment analysis

Client Support

• Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials
• Support site selection and portfolio optimization projects
• Help develop retail strategies and expansion plans
• Coordinate due diligence processes

Data Management

• Maintain and update retail databases and market intelligence
• Create and manage GIS mapping and demographic analysis
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Economics Business or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in retail real estate or consulting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling
• Knowledge of GIS software and market research tools preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Understanding of retail real estate fundamentals
