- Collection of daily cash and depositing in the bank account regularly.
- Collection of Bills and Invoices from Procurement regularly and posting in to system.
- Handling petty cash for Driver’s & cashiers.
- Reconciliation of sales with all online platforms.
- Reconciliation of Cash Sales regularly.
- Handling Accounts Payable i.e. Suppliers & Vendors.
- Handling of Accounts Receivables i.e. Online Sale, Cash Sales, Corporate sales.
- Planning and forecasting the cash flow of account.
- Handling the PDC cheques issued from restaurant account. (Should not any cheque Bounced) e.g. tenancy contract or accommodation contract cheque.
- Formalize the structure of increasing sales margin with Operation Manager. (Corporate sales, Online Sales, Counter Sales, Evaluation of food cost)
- Presenting Profit & Loss report on weekly basis.
