- Prepare weekly management meeting agenda, conduct meeting, and keep minutes.
- Effectively delegate to subordinate managers.
- Develop monthly P&L projections.
- Develop subordinate managers by establishing quarterly goals.
- Ensure the use of food and beverage recipes.
- Identify and correct food quality problems.
- Prepare daily prep list.
- Understand and enforce product specifications and food handling procedures.
- Properly place and receive product orders.
