Restaurant General Manager Couqley French Brasserie

• Oversee the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence at all times.
• Place both guest and Heartist experience at the centre of every decision by leading through example fostering an engaging supportive and empowering work environment.
• Partner closely with the Assistant Restaurant General Manager and Bar Manager to develop and implement initiatives promotions and incentives that enhance guest satisfaction drive team engagement and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurants reservation booking and guest profiling systems to optimize guest experiences and commercial performance.
• Build strong collaboration between the Front of House and Back of House teams ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
• Proactively gather guest feedback identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to continuously elevate the dining experience.
• Drive service excellence by planning and delivering regular training sessions coaching performance feedback and daily briefings ensuring all restaurant and bar team members consistently uphold brand standards.
• Inspire motivate and develop the team to achieve business objectives while creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications :

• A track record of leading large teams in restaurants kitchens and bars; youre a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey.
• 2 years experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy bustling environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment juggling many things at once.
• Passion for hospitality youre all about creating memorable experiences for others be they guests or colleagues.
• You want to be part of a team that works hard supports each other and has fun along the way.
• Youre a great communicator both verbally and written and a great listener. Fluent in English and French is strongly preferred.
