Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure timely accurate and insightful deliverables
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations internal controls and audit requirements
Manage and optimize financial operations using MS Dynamics ERP and other relevant systems
Drive cost management initiatives and support capital planning efforts

Requirements

57 years of Finance & Accounting experience

Proven experience managing and leading finance teams

Strong reporting budgeting & forecasting skills

MS Dynamics ERP (plus)

Good communication & stakeholder management

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
