Job Summary

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phone calls emails and general inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain visitor records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
  • Maintain an organized clean and professional reception area
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company positively at all times


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office receptionist customer service or administrative role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • A positive attitude professional appearance and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
