We are seeking a REMOTE IT Legal Counsel to join the procurement group within the technology portfolio, This individual will be responsible for running the full RFP process for new cyber, software, and hardware agreements, negotiating with vendors, and redlining contracts. This is a fully remote position!
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience
- Experience with software licensing agreements
- Expert redlining skills - all commercial and legal terms & conditions
- JD and experience with tech law
