Relationship Officer Credit Cards and Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for credit cards and loan products

• Provide personalized financial solutions to meet clients' needs

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

• Process credit card and loan applications efficiently and accurately

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization

• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in Credit Cards, CASA, Personal Loans, or Insurance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Knowledge of banking products and services

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets consistently

• Proficiency in English
