Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Leading provider of data center infrastructure services in Abu Dhabi UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive Data Center Solutions business. In this role he will be responsible for managing existing core customers while actively pursuing new opportunities within the corporate and SME sectors. The primary focus will be on relationships. Management sales prospecting solution presentations negotiation and ensuring profitability in line with management guidelines. Other Responsibilities are
Manage existing core customers maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Identify and onboard new customers within the corporate and SME segments specifically targeting Data Center solutions.
Participate in sales meetings both independently and as part of a team.
Generate leads nurture prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
Negotiate winwin deals with customers ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines adhering to pricing and margin targets.
Professionally document all discussions and correspondence via email.
Act as the primary interface between clients operations team and finance department.
Propose customized solutions to clients based on their specific requirements emphasizing value over product features.
Continuously explore and recommend new products and solutions that complement our existing offerings.
Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
Strong persuasion rapportbuilding and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated selling skills with a focus on value rather than just product features.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with internet usage and data research.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles especially related to UPS CCU and Data Center design.
