We are currently partnering with a leading FMCG company to recruit a Regional Head of Marketing MEA based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy brand growth and consumer engagement across the Middle East & Africa region.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Oversee brand management portfolio strategy innovation and go-to-market plans across multiple categories.
• Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform brand positioning and strategy.
• Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets to deliver high ROI.
• Lead mentor and develop high-performing marketing teams across the region.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales trade marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders agencies and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and performance.
• Champion digital transformation and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer engagement.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters preferred).
• 12 years marketing experience within the FMCG sector including regional exposure across MEA.
• Proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and driving growth in competitive markets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse multi-market teams.
• Expertise in consumer insights innovation management and integrated campaign execution.
• Commercially astute with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
