- Support company requirements to hire qualified talents.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Maintain all update potential employee records and Job descriptions.
- Following up on the interview process status and making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a Recruitment pipeline system.
- Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Managers.
- Conducting Interviews with the Hiring Managers followed by assessment.
- Ensure the recruitment timeline and service level is adhered and monitored closely.
