Job Summary
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Assist in the all operations of ReConnect membership program and to have knowledge of all Fitness classes and offerings
- Assist guest with the check-in to facilities
- Assist guests with product information and retail sales
- Provide guest information relating to Fitness Classes Pool Day Pass and special offers membership offerings
- Assist guest with payment collection for their respective membership
- Prepare agreement as per requirements
- Brief the guest about his benefits as part of his membership
- Being able to solve guests issues concerns
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Report any problems or questions to ReConnect Assistant manager
- Maintain membership database
- Maintain membership records
- Respond in a professional manner to members enquires and assisting with any requests with regards to their membership
- Consolidate monthly reporting of all membership activities
- To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential
- High School diploma vocational training and/or 1 year work experience.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) essential.
- Friendly and pleasant disposition with people interaction skills.
- Highly level of personal cleanliness and grooming. Previous Fitness center experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Russian speaker
- Attention to details
- High problem solving ability
