Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Electrical Equipment Manufacturing company is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (UAE National) to manage front desk operations and provide excellent administrative support.
Receptionist:
- Welcome and assist visitors clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence courier services and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company procedures.
- Support various administrative tasks including filing document management and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in arranging meetings events and travel bookings when required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 03 years of experience in a receptionist front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
