Position Summary:
Bentley Systems is seeking aReceptionist/Administrative Assistant in our facilities department. This role supports the department which has regional responsibility on various matters Real Estate related Travel Logistics and -the-job training for this role will give you exposure to all the previously mentioned. If you havea strong desire to learnwe would love to hear from you!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering phones and routing calls
- Preparing security badges
- Copying/collating and ordering supplies
- Scheduling conference rooms
- Data entry and other clerical and support tasks as requested
What You Bring to The Team:
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English and Arabic.
- Must be an outgoing and motivated individual
- High school diploma or equivalent
