University degree in a related field such as architecture, real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of the real estate development industry and the techniques used in it.
Ability to analyze the market and estimate demand and supply to identify appropriate investment opportunities.
Leadership and management skills to work with the development team and guide them towards achieving project goals.
Ability to manage contracts and negotiate financial and legal terms.
