- Team Development: Ensure the team's ability to independently and predictably implement quarterly plans with a success rate of at least 80%. This involves setting team goals, providing necessary resources and support, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles that may impact team performance. You may also be required to implement process improvements, provide mentorship and feedback to team members, and manage communication and collaboration within the team for effective teamwork.
