Job Description
Experience and education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in developing and managing real estate projects.
Planning and implementation:
Ability to analyze real estate opportunities and develop real estate development strategies.
Ability to fully implement real estate projects, including planning, design, construction and marketing.
Financial skills:
Good understanding of the financial aspects of real estate development such as financing, valuation and cost management.
Leadership skills:
The ability to lead the team participating in the real estate project and motivate it to achieve goals.
Good communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.
