Job Summary
AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on multiple projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.
Post Contract
Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement interim and final account payment application assessments Monthly Cost Reports variations contractors claim Provisional Sums Prime Costs Nominated Sub-Contractors insurances and bonds management attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
- Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality residential buildings infrastructure etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
