Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control strategies aligned with project goals.
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of quality management systems for the project.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design production and planning teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Train and mentor quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
- Proven experience 8 years) in a quality management role preferably in the construction or precast industry.
- Familiarity with national and international quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Previous experience with largescale construction projects is highly desirable.
