Job Purpose
We are looking for a Python Developer responsible for developing applications using the Python programming language. He/she will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. Python developers require strong technical skills as well as excellent problemsolving and communication abilities.
Key Technical Requirements- Develop new features and modules for our ERP system using Python.
- Maintain and improve existing ERP system functionality.
- Write clean efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate ERP system with other internal and thirdparty systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs promptly.
- Collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand the requirements.
- Write unit tests to ensure code quality and minimize defects.
- Document code and features thoroughly.
- Assist with deployments and monitoring of the ERP system.
Additional Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience as a Python developer
- Strong knowledge of Python web frameworks/libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow or Django or Flask or NumPy
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Understanding of ERP architecture and integration points
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript HTML/CSS
- Expertise with Microsoft SQL database and XML
- Experience with MySQL PostgreSQL or other SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Git version control system
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand complex systems and break them down.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Selfdriven and able to work independently.
Other Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field/MSc/MTech
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP Oracle Infor etc.
- Background in finance accounting or related business domains
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Contributions to opensource Python projects

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
