You willbe able to help us take the lead on crafting winning deals with vendors that will supply us with what the company needs. Your projects may include:

Analyzing sourcing markets and developing expertise in those markets.

Developing strategies for sourcing that would increase our innovation pipeline driving costs down and influencing industries to transform themselves.

Negotiating the right deals with the right suppliers for the right reasons.

As you fulfill your key projects for the internship you may grow to handle different spend areas increase your responsibilities in terms of both expenditure and people management and become responsible for some of P&Gs biggest and most important supplier and innovation activities. You will communicate with different internal functions daily. You will find variety and excitement every single day. Your goal at the end of the day will be to link the most appropriate supplier capabilities with needs to deliver the best shareholder return for the company.

Job Qualifications

• University undergraduates who will complete their degree between June 2026 January 2027.

• UAE Nationals are preferred. GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with minimum of 6 months validity from the start date of the internship are also eligible. Only student residency or family sponsorship are eligible work/company sponsorship will not be considered this is a must

• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or nonacademic activities. Tell us what youre proud of be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you!

• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English Arabic is a plus

• Passionate about pursuing a career at P&G after graduation
