Job Summary
African Foodstuffs Trading LLC, a prominent player in the Wholesale Import and Export industry in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the procurement of food products for purchase and sales activities to meet customer demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase food products from suppliers.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and product descriptions.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine customer needs.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
