Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal/Bid Coordinator to play a vital role in securing high-profile projects across the region. As a Proposal/Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids and ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids
- Collaborate with architects engineers and management to gather and develop content
- Track tenders and manage submission timelines
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and writing skills
- 4-6 years of experience in proposal or bid coordination preferably in Architecture Engineering Consultancy or Construction
- Familiarity with RFPs RFQs EOIs tendering web portals and UAE government tender processes
- Organized proactive and deadline-driven
