About the Role
As a Property Consultant you will work with buyers sellers investors and landlords across some of Dubais most sought-after communities. You will guide clients through every stage of the property journey while building your own portfolio network and long-term career within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers sellers landlords and investors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to successful property transactions.
Advise clients on market trends pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
Negotiate offers and oversee contracts for sales and purchases.
Manage leads and client communication through the company CRM system.
Generate new business through networking referrals social media and prospecting.

Stay informed on Dubais property market regulations and industry developments.
Deliver exceptional customer service that generates repeat and referral business.

Minimum one year of experience in real estate recruitment automotive luxury retail financial services or another consultative sales environment.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Fluent English both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced commission-driven environment.
