Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends property values and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales property consulting or a similar sales role in
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
