Job Description

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, RFA, etc.
- Coordinate project meetings and communications.
- Prepare letters and email correspondences.
- Manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support project team with administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide general office support, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive project information.
- Collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure project success.
- Assist with procurement and logistics for project materials and resources.
