- Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects related to heat transfer products.
- Work closely with experienced engineers in all aspects of project execution.
- Participate in the development of project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure that all project activities are completed on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
- Involving for planning, establishing communications and coordinating with the engineering team and the customers/clients and sub-contractors.
- To follow-up and monitor jobs plan during the implementation of the execution time frame.
- Works closely with the workshop team to ensure that tasks are completed correctly and promptly in line with project plan, and to put forward mitigation plans when projects are not in line.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and schedule relating to technical project/work task aspects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with the team and co-ordinate with shop-floor personnel’s for job execution and completion.
- Perform overall control checks of the work (schedule, plans,) and report regularly on project status.
- Resource allocations and assigning responsibilities to the workshop / project team.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with customers and clients or any project participants if needed to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
